These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and bookings through our website. By booking any travel package or service with AR Tour and Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website, mobile app, or authorized agents. Bookings are confirmed only upon receiving a full or advance payment as per the chosen package. Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash (only at our office). AR Tour and Travel reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed or unpaid bookings without prior notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing or via email. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to deduction of service charges, cancellation fees, and non-refundable components. No refund will be provided for “no-shows” or last-minute cancellations. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before the trip. AR Tour and Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, illness, or delay arising during the tour.
Responsibilities of the Traveler
You must carry valid government ID proof during travel. It is your responsibility to verify visa, passport, or permit requirements, if applicable. Any misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of local laws may result in termination of the tour without refund.
Changes or Cancellations by AR Tour and Travel
We reserve the right to make necessary changes to itineraries due to weather, political unrest, strikes, or other uncontrollable events. In rare cases of tour cancellation by us, full refund or alternative tour options will be offered.
Limitation of Liability
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, AR Tour and Travel shall not be held responsible for any third-party services, such as hotels, transport vendors, or guides. We are not liable for any delays, losses, injuries, or damages during the tour beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City/Court Name].
